Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Waterton this winter!
10:00 am - 1:00 pm - Enjoy a guided interpretive hike with Parks Canada. Walk along Wishbone trail to discover the subtle colours, patterns and textures that are clues to how plants and animals survive the winter. Snowshoes will be provided if there is enough snow cover (Snowshoes available with Parks Canada and the Waterton Lake Lodge Resort). Please register with Parks Canada at contact 403-859-5133 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Cost is $22.00.
11:00 am - 2:00 pm - See the townsite on a Wagon ride, departing from the Waterton Lake Lodge Resort.
11:30 am - 12:30 pm - Come and enjoy a demonstration and a treat with Maple snow candy. Located outside at the Waterton Lakes Lodge Resort.
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Family Party, listen to some music while getting your face painted, and finger food at the Waterton Lakes Lodge Resort.
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Enjoy Hot Chocolate and S'mores by a wood burning fire pit at the Waterton Park Community Association.
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Drop in at the Waterton Park Community Centre for an Info session with Parks Canada. Parks will be on site to provided information on safety, The Kenow Fire, and they will have some great games and kids activities.
All Day - Free swimming all day at local indoor pool and on Monday February 19th for Family Day.
